Model Range ZS

All-electric injection moulding machines are distinguished by energy efficiency and low noise.

In areas such as the food industry or medical technology hydraulic oil is often undesirable. Here the "clean" electric drive technology is used.

For this, the company Knödler has developed linear drive systems, which are divided into three model ranges:

ZS-I/FZ - The injection and plasticizing unit combines the linear motion via toothed racks with the rotation for metering in a compact design.

ZS-C- The clamping unit drive with a 4-fold tooth engagement on the rack ensures the required power density. The large stroke is achieved with a newly developed telescopic seal.

ZS-E - The ZS-series is completed by the ejector drive in a compact design, also with telescopic seal.
